Are you ready to take a leading role in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing private equity fund? As an Investment Director at One Two Capital, you will have the opportunity to be on the front line of building successful buy-and-build strategies and driving value creation across our portfolio. You will be responsible for the full investment cycle – from deal sourcing to exit – and lead both junior and external teams. You will report directly to the partners and play a key role in strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do

As an Investment Director, you will be responsible for:

• Origination and sourcing of new investment opportunities
• Leading commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes
• Drafting and negotiating SPAs and other transaction documents
• Providing strategic support to portfolio companies in collaboration with management
• Identifying buy-and-build opportunities and overseeing add-on acquisitions
• Maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and co-investors
• Managing and coaching associates and analysts
• Reporting to and collaborating with the partners on progress, risks, and strategic decisions

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, econometrics, business, or engineering
• At least 7–10 years of experience in private equity, M&A, strategy consulting, or corporate development
• Proven track record in executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation
• Self-starter with strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive and relationship-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English
