Who is One Two Capital?

One Two Capital is an independent investment company based in Amsterdam and was recently founded in 2020. With fifteen years of successful entrepreneurship, we add a lot of value to our investments through our practical experience. We support entrepreneurs and management teams in realizing their growth ambitions. We invest in strong, successful companies in the Netherlands and Belgium and mainly focus on healthcare, temporary employment & secondment and IT.

What are you going to do?

As an intern you are involved in all activities that occur in the investment process. You actively support the team in the activities that are important at that moment. This depends on the phase(s) in the investment process that will pass during your internship. This includes the purchase and sale of portfolio companies and various projects to improve the portfolio companies. Always participate actively and come up with creative solutions and ideas. Watch, learn and take the opportunity to develop yourself further!

You are someone who is enthusiastic about the investment profession and would like to grow into it. You are analytically strong, very curious, have a keen eye for detail and affinity with entrepreneurship. It makes you happy to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a driven and highly energetic team. You are a strong communicator and a real team player and are an easy relationship builder.

Your specifications

• You have completed a university bachelor of numerical studies such as Economics, Econometrics, Engineering, Physics, Finance, (Technical) Business Administration, Technical study etc.
• You have completed a previous internship in corporate finance, consultancy, venture capital or private equity or you have entrepreneurial experience (an advantage).
• You are available full-time for a minimum of 4 to 6 months.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
