One Two Capital is an independent investment firm based in Amsterdam and founded in 2020. What will you do?
As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing, analysing, and reporting financial information related to our funds, holdings, and management entities. You will work closely with the CFO and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders such as fund administrators, accountants, tax advisors, and investment partners.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports at fund and entity level
- Coordinate annual accounts and audit processes
- Support investment and divestment processes from a financial perspective
- Manage and optimise cash flow and liquidity
- Analyse budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
- Support tax filings and compliance
- Implement and improve internal financial processes and systems
What are we looking for?
- University/HBO+ level of education, preferably in finance, accounting, or business economics
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in private equity, accountancy, or corporate finance
- Experience with consolidation, fund structures, and holding administration is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Communicative, independent, and a team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English
